§ 97.36 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR OPENING SIDEWALK OR CURB.
   No person shall open any sidewalk or curb without first obtaining a permit from the Building Inspector. The permit shall specify the work to be done requiring an opening in the sidewalk or curb.
