§ 97.20 PLAYING GAMES ON STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall play any games or engage in any type of playful activity on any of the public streets, sidewalks, alleys or public way or public property in the city in a manner that places them in probable harm to themselves and/or other persons or property.

   (B)   Subject to the approval of the city, a street, sidewalk, alley or public way or public property may be closed for a temporary period for activities to occur there.
   (C)   No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster or similar device, shall go upon any roadway other than the roadway of a play street, except while crossing a highway on a crosswalk.
