(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates § 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months, or both for each offense. (KRS 525.130)
(C) Any person who violates § 90.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (KRS 436.600)
(D) Any person violating § 90.06 shall be fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. (KRS 150.990(2))

(E) (1) Any person convicted of violating § 90.07(B), (C), (D), or (F)(1) unless the violation involves a dangerous animal,, for which violation penalties are provided for in division (E)(2) below shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
(2) Any person found guilty of violating § 90.07(E), (F)(2), or (G) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
(3) Any person found guilty of violating § 90.07(H) shall be guilty of a violation as defined by the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
(F) Any person who violates § 90.16 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five-hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. If it is determined that a dog or cat running at large has not been spayed or neutered, an additional fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be imposed. Such additional fine shall be reimbursed to the owner of the dog or cat running at large if owner submits written documentation to the city or its designated agent within thirty (30) days of the date of the citation confirming that the dog or cat has been spayed if female or neutered if male. The city may designate an Animal Control Officer as its agent. Such written documentation shall be in the form of a letter from the veterinarian performing the spay or neuter procedure. Such written confirmation shall give descriptive detail of the dog or cat which has been spayed or neutered in such a manner that will allow it to be identified.
(G) Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of § 90.08 shall be guilty of a violation as defined by the Kentucky Revised Statutes and shall be fined in an amount not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each twenty- four (24) hour calendar day shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
