(A) It shall be the duty of the City Animal Warden to seize and impound all animals found in violation of the provisions of this chapter, whether or not the animal is in the possession of its owner. The impounded animal shall be transported to the Campbell County animal shelter and the animal shall be subject to the regulations of the shelter.
(B) The owner of any animal which has been impounded under the provisions of this section may redeem the animal upon the procurement of all vaccinations, compliance with all laws and regulations, and payment of all fines and fees due under the regulations of the Campbell County animal shelter, and all other applicable state and county laws.
