§ 75.01 LIMITING WEIGHT OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   The weight limit of vehicular traffic on Lincoln Road within the city and on Taylor Avenue from Covert Run to Bonnie Leslie Avenue, is hereby established, so that the same cannot exceed 5,000 pounds per vehicle unless the operator of the vehicle shall have in his possession a temporary permit as established in division (A1) of this section.
   (A)   The Mayor or his designee may issue a temporary permit, free of charge, to the operator of any vehicle exceeding the limit established in division (A) of this section, upon a finding that the vehicle’s destination is accessible only via the restricted roads and that it is essential for that vehicle to reach that destination.
   (B)   The Mayor or his designee shall cause signs indicating the weight limit established herein to be erected in such a way as to fairly warn operators of the limit.
