(A) The City Administrator or his designee may issue temporary disabled parking spaces for a time not to exceed three (3) months in duration. These permits may not be issued for more than two (2) consecutive three (3) month periods.
(B) Upon completion and submittal of a Temporary Disabled On-Street Parking Application supplied by the City of Bellevue bearing the signature of the attending physician attesting to the nature of the temporary disability, the standard review criteria may be waived in the approval of a temporary disabled on-street parking space. The purpose of this permit is for short term disabilities or during a recovery or rehabilitation period. Temporary permits may be converted to regular permits if the established criteria for disability parking spaces under this ordinance is met.
(C) Applicants seeking a temporary disabled on-street parking space must possess a valid special handicap parking permit from the Campbell County Clerk’s office.
