§ 52.09 INDUSTRIAL AND HAZARDOUS WASTES.
   Industrial processing wastes and hazardous wastes and non-combustible refuse shall be removed by the owner, occupant, operator or contractor performing the work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. (Ord. 93-8-1, passed 9-8-93)
