§ 50.10 CITY TRANSFER STATION FACILITY.
   (A)   Residents, property owners - occasional users. Persons who reside in a dwelling in Bellevue or who own residential property in Bellevue who utilize the transfer station less than six (6) times per calendar year may use the transfer station facility upon first obtaining a permit from the City Clerk and paying a flat rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each pick-up truck load not exceeding 2 1/2 cubic yards or fifty dollars ($50.00) for other trucks or trailers exceeding 2 1/2 cubic yards by less than six (6) cubic yards provided that they show current documentation which demonstrates residency or property ownership within the city.
   (B)   Business - occasional users. Businesses located in Bellevue who utilize the transfer station less than six (6) times per calendar year or out-of-city businesses may use the transfer station facility upon first obtaining a permit from the City Clerk and paying a minimum rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each pick-up truck load not exceeding 2 1/2 cubic yards or fifty dollars ($50.00) per load exceeding 2 1/2 cubic yards but less than six (6) cubic yards. Out-of-city businesses must be licensed in the city and can only deposit waste generated from business done in the city.
   (C)   Residents, property owners and businesses - regular users. Persons who live in, own property in or operate businesses in the city who utilize the transfer station more than six (6) times per calendar year shall be classified as regular users. Regular users shall pay a minimum rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per 2 1/2 cubic yards or portion thereof.
