The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver, for and on behalf of the city, in connection with its participation in the General Insurance Trust, the Trust Participation Agreement as required by the Kentucky Municipal Risk Management Association, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A of Ord. 87-6-7, which Exhibit A is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
