§ 39.01 APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION IN TRUST.
   Participation by this city in the General Insurance Trust of the Kentucky Municipal Risk Management Association and the purchase from or through the Trust of such public liability and property damage insurance coverages as may be deemed advisable by the executive and legislative authorities of this city are hereby approved.
