§ 38.02 HOSPITALIZATION.
   As of July 1, 1994 the city will pay an amount of thirteen dollars and eighty-nine cents ($13.89) weekly as a differential for those employees working in the public works department who have enrolled in the single plan for medical benefits as defined by the city insurance carrier. Individuals employed by the city in the public works or any other department after the effective date of July 1, 1994 will not be eligible for differential payment regardless of medical coverage taken.
