§ 38.01 ADOPTION OF CITY PERSONNEL POLICY.
   (A)   The amended 1989 edition of the personnel policy of the city is hereby incorporated by reference in this code as if set out at length herein.
   (B)   A copy of the personnel policy shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and City Administrative Officer at all times for reference purposes.
   (C)   The personnel policy shall be the policy referred to in all ordinances creating nonelected employee positions.
