§ 37.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Fire Department and the members thereof shall have those powers and perform those duties as set forth in the appropriate sections of KRS Chapters 95 and 227. However, KRS 95.761 through KRS 95.785 shall have no application hereto.
