The powers and duties of the members of the Police Department shall be to enforce the statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (including appropriate sections of KRS 95), the ordinances of the city, and any other duties as set forth in the city personnel policies and departmental rules and regulations. KRS 95.761 through KRS 95.785 shall have no application thereto.
