As set forth in KRS 100.161, the City Planning Commission, after the members have been duly appointed and qualified, shall meet and organize and shall elect a Chairperson from among its members, and create and fill any other of its offices as it may determine. the term of the Chairperson shall be one year, with eligibility for reelection.
