Pursuant to KRS 83A.060(5), the city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference as an ordinance for the city KRS 61.800 - 61.850 (Open Meetings), and KRS 61.870 through KRS 61.884 (Open Records) and all legislative changes to said Act including but not limited to changes made during the 2021 Regular Session of the General Assembly. Said Act is attached to Ord. 2021-09-01 as required by statute.
