A. The Bellevue/Blaine County Area of City Impact is the area designated on the Bellevue/Blaine County Area of City Impact Boundary Map, adopted on January 25, 2021, by The Bellevue Common Council Ordinance, 2021-01. The map is adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
B. In case property under single ownership is divided by the boundary line of Bellevue/Blaine County Area of City Impact, if more than fifty percent (50%) of a parcel is within the ACI, the entire parcel shall be considered within the ACI. (Ord. 2021-01, 1-25-2021; amd. Ord. 2021-02, 1-25-2021)
