Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months or a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or both. Knowingly furnishing false information to any official of the City charged with the administration of this chapter, including, without limitation, the furnishing of false information regarding the expected size, use or impacts from a proposed development, shall be a violation of this chapter.
