The City Council shall consider the Development Impact Fee Advisory Committee recommended revision(s) to this chapter at least once every twelve (12) months. The Committee's recommendations and the City Council's actions are intended to ensure that the benefits to a development paying development impact fees are equitable, in that the fee charged to the development shall not exceed a proportionate share of system improvements costs, and that the procedures for administering development impact fees remain efficient.
