9-5-11-02: DEPOSIT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES:
All monies paid by a fee payer pursuant to this chapter shall be identified as development impact fees and shall be promptly deposited in the appropriate account. (Ord. 2021-03, 3-22-2021)
