A mobile vendor business license shall be required for each mobile vendor located within the City of Bellevue, Idaho, in which any person is engaged in any business or occupation involving self-contained food service operation. Any person conducting such a business or engaged in such an occupation shall apply for the required business license by filling out an application provided by the City Clerk. (Ord. 2021-08, 6-14-2021)
