5-2-6: INSPECTIONS; ACTIVATION OF PERMIT:
All permits require an inspection before issued. Prior to burning, the issued permit shall be activated. To activate the permit, the applicant shall contact the City Fire Department to schedule applicable site inspections before each burn.
