5-2-3: ALLOWABLE BURNS REQUIRING A PERMIT:
Allowable restricted burns which require a permit, an applicable inspection and activation compliance prior to burn are as follows:
   A.   Bonfires.
   B.   Ceremonial fires.
   C.   Fuel reductions (based on the degree of hazard).
   D.   Open flame torches.
