The City Open Burn Policy is to conditionally allow for open burning within the City limits. The guidelines and regulations are to protect and promote the public health, safety, welfare and quality of life. The regulations and guidelines are compiled from State and local Fire Codes as well as codes pertaining to air and aesthetic regulations. The City Fire Department's Open Burn Policy is hereby adopted as set out in this chapter. (Ord. 2010-05, 8-17-2010)
