5-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
The International Fire Code, 2006 edition (the "code"), is hereby amended, altered and changed as follows by the addition of the following language: (Ord. 2010-04, 8-17-2010; amd. 2018 Code)
   A.   Wherever the word "jurisdiction" is used in the International Fire Code, it shall mean the City of Bellevue, Idaho. (Ord. 2010-04, 8-17-2010)
