4-2-5: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 97-11, 10-9-1997; amd. 2018 Code)
