4-1-6: GLASS CONTAINERS FOR LIQUIDS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to possess any bottle, drinking glass, glass cup or glass or crockery vessel of any kind containing any beverage when the seal is broken, top or lid removed therefrom, or otherwise opened, available or prepared for immediate consumption in or upon any public place, park, sidewalk, roadway, alley, highway, or other place, regardless of ownership, open to and used by the public, but not including any store, licensed premises, or other place where any beverage may be consumed.
