Any interested party may appeal in writing the decision of the commission, Administrator, or building inspector relative to any matter(s) with regard to this title. Said appeal shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk within fifteen (15) days from the date of the decision. The appeal shall state the exact decision or recommendation appealed and the reasons therefor. If no appeal is filed within fifteen (15) days as herein provided, the decision shall be final.
