A. Sewer facilities.
B. Domestic water facilities.
C. Fire protection, including fire protection water supply.
D. Police protection.
E. Utilities.
F. Schools.
G. Roads and traffic.
H. Other public facilities.
I. Noise, water, and air pollution.
J. Environmental impact, including upon vegetation, wildlife, and wildlife habitat, groundwater and surface water, and soil erosion.
K. Public transportation.
L. Public easements, created or threatened, and recreational availability.
M. Avalanche hazard and flood hazard.
N. Drainage.
O. Grading of slopes.
P. Adjacent properties and neighborhoods.
Q. Snow removal areas and services.
R. Designating and defining the impact upon areas of historical significance.
