3-3-9: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 99-01, 2-11-1999; amd. 2018 Code)
