3-3-6: RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSEE FOR ACTS OF EMPLOYEES:

The holder of any pawnbroker's license required by this chapter shall be liable and responsible for any and all acts of his employees and agents and for any violation of the provision of this chapter by said employees and agents. (Ord. 99-01, 2-11-1999)
