3-3-5: EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS:

No pawnbroker subject to this chapter shall employ any individual under the age of eighteen (18) years to receive or purchase personal property or make or document loans secured by a pledge or bailment of such personal property. (Ord. 99-01, 2-11-1999)
