3-2-14: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this chapter or any license issued hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
