A. Applications for licenses shall be in writing, signed and sworn to by the applicant upon application forms furnished by the City Clerk. Such applications shall be filed by the Clerk and presented to the Mayor and Council at the next meeting of the Council for approval, rejection, or further consideration. (1983 Code § 8.103)
B. The applicant for a license shall possess all of the qualifications necessary to obtain a license from the Director as prescribed by the laws of the State of Idaho and must maintain such qualifications throughout the period for which such license is issued. The possession of licenses regularly issued by the Idaho State Police and Blaine County shall be prima facie evidence of the applicant's qualifications to receive a license hereunder. In addition, the applicant shall not be in arrears in the charges, assessments or fees for any public service and/or utility due the City with regard to the place of licensing.
