A business license fee for the administrative costs of processing applications and issuing licenses shall be set forth herein by resolution of the Bellevue City Council. Fees for new business applications received after January 1, of the applicable calendar year shall be prorated for the remaining number of days left in the calendar year. A late fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) shall be charged for any annual license renewal application received after the expiration of the license in question to help defray the additional costs incurred by the City with regard thereto.
