9-2-11: CITY UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT IMPROVEMENTS:

Adherence to these regulations, standards, and specifications will not obligate the City, in any way, to accept any street or other improvement or to repair or maintain same. (Ord. 97-06, 7-24-1997)
