The contractor shall preserve or replace all existing Federal, State, County and private land monumentations and utility markers. Any destroyed or damaged markers shall be accurately relocated by the contractor, at the contractor's expense, to the satisfaction of the governmental entity, property owner and/or utility whose marker has been so removed or damaged.
