9-1-3: EXEMPTIONS:
Agricultural buildings are exempt for the Building Codes adopted herein, but shall remain subject to the requirements of the Bellevue zoning ordinance and all other applicable ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations of said City. Agricultural buildings shall obtain a building permit to ensure compliance with the applicable ordinances, including, without limitation, placement and bulk requirements established by the zoning regulations. The term "agricultural building" shall mean a structure used solely for bona fide agricultural use (meaning the growing and cultivation of crops and/or the raising of livestock). The cost of such permit shall be as set forth for the total hourly cost to the jurisdiction as noted with regard to other inspections and fees set forth in exhibit A on file in the City.
