Any applicant or affected person dissatisfied with any decision, ruling, order or interpretation of the rules and regulations by the Sewer Superintendent under this chapter may appeal same to the Common Council as provided in this section. Said appeal shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk within ten (10) days from the date of the decision. The appeal shall state the exact decision appealed and the reasons therefor. If no appeal is filed within ten (10) days as herein provided, the decision shall be final. (Ord. 2011-03, 4-28-2011)
