8-2-16: RIGHT TO REVOKE PERMITS:

Each and every permit issued under this chapter shall be with the condition that the Sewer Superintendent may, for good cause, revoke the same, and the person making such connection, or his successor in interest, shall have no right to claim any damage in consequence of such permission being revoked. (Ord. 2010-07, 9-23-2010)
