8-2-3: COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS:
The Sewer Superintendent shall prohibit the discharge into the public sewer of sewage that does not comply with the standards, provisions, requirements, terms or limitations set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 2010-07, 9-23-2010)
