Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day such violation occurs shall be a separate offense. In addition to the foregoing, the City may maintain an action or actions at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, actions for injunctive relief to restrain a violation of this chapter or to compel compliance with this chapter.
