A. It shall be unlawful for any person to turn on, shut off or tamper with a corporation stop or to obtain Municipal water service without first obtaining all required permits from the City.
B. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, without lawful authorization from the City, to disturb, destroy, damage, adjust, molest, meddle, or otherwise interfere with any portion of the public water system or its appurtenances located on either public or private property.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any substance which may tend to contaminate the water therein or to obstruct the flow of water.
3. Should any damage result to the public water system or any portion thereof, either intentionally or unintentionally, from any violation of this chapter, the violator shall pay for all costs incurred in connection with the repairs of said system and/or for any damages that may result from the disturbing, damaging or otherwise tampering with or plugging of said water system.
