7-2-3: MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 230, 8-9-1990; amd. 2018 Code)
