7-2-1: PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES OF PATHWAY SYSTEM:
Any and all portions of the pathway easement dedicated to the Blaine County Recreation District or to the City of Bellevue for use as a path for pedestrians, equestrians, bicycle riders, skiers and snowshoers, which has been improved for such purposes, shall be utilized and enjoyed by the public according to the following rules and regulations:
   A.   The public pathway easement premises shall only be used by pedestrians, equestrians, and bicycle riders.
   B.   Except when necessary for construction or maintenance of the pathway, no motorized vehicles, including, but not limited to, mopeds, motorcycles, trail bikes, motorized bicycles, motor scooters, and snow machines shall be permitted on the pathway easement premises. (Ord. 230, 8-9-1990)
