6-3-7: RESPONSIBILITY FOR TOWING AND REMOVAL COSTS:
The owner of any vehicle or personal property removed for violation of any provision of this chapter shall pay all costs of towing or removal and storage costs and fees before the same may be restored to the owner. (Ord. 2007-13, 4-12-2007)
