The City reserves the right to further limit or prohibit the parking or storage of vehicles and/or personal property on any portion of any public right-of-way within the City by posting signs stating such limitation or prohibition. No person shall violate any such limitation or prohibition so posted. Furthermore, any vehicle or personal property in violation of this section may be removed at the direction of any law enforcement officer, the Street Superintendent or the Planning and Zoning Administrator of the City without prior notice to the owner thereof.
