6-3-5: REMOVAL OF VEHICLES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY:
   A.   Any vehicle or personal property located within the right-of- way of any public street in violation of this chapter may be removed at the direction of any law enforcement officer or the Street Superintendent of the City after forty eight (48) hours of posting notice of such violation on the vehicle or personal property by any law enforcement officer, the Street Superintendent or the Planning and Zoning Administrator of the City.
   B.   Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, any vehicle or personal property located within the right-of-way of any public street in violation of this chapter may be removed at the direction of any law enforcement officer or the Street Superintendent of the City without prior notice to the owner thereof if such vehicle or personal property is interfering with the plowing of snow, work/maintenance on any street, or water, sewer or other public utility, or is a hazard to public safety.
