A. No person shall place or store any item of personal property, including, without limitation, fire wood, building material, compost, dumpsters, junk or landscape debris (collectively referred to herein as "personal property") on any portion of the right-of-way of any public street in the City. "Vehicles", as defined in subsection A of this section, are not included in the definition of personal property for the purposes of this subsection.
B. No person shall place or store any vehicle or personal property on any portion of the right-of-way of any alley within the City. (Ord. 2007-13, 4-12-2007)
