6-3-1: PARKING NEAR PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY:
No person shall park any motor vehicle, trailer, recreational vehicle, boat or utility trailer (collectively referred to herein as "vehicles") on any portion of the right-of-way of any public street within ten feet (10') of the edge of the roadway surface, including, but not limited to, asphalt, concrete, stamped concrete, paver brick or compacted gravel surface within the City, except within the street right-of-way of 2nd Street where no person shall park any motor vehicle, trailer, recreational vehicle, boat or utility trailer (collectively referred to herein as "vehicles") on any portion of the right-of-way within eight feet (8') of the edge of said roadway surface.
